Domain registrations are final and non-refundable once processed. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. Domains registered through our platform are subject to ICANN policies and the terms of the respective registry.
If auto-renewal is enabled, your domain will be automatically renewed before expiration using your saved payment method. You may disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. We will send reminder emails based on your configured reminder days setting.
The domain marketplace allows users to list and purchase domains. Notrix Domains acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. All marketplace transactions are final.
You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Notrix Domains is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including domain loss due to expiration or DNS misconfiguration.
